I am a 14 year old boy training for the 800m sprint, best time currently = 2.45 I train by cycling about 12 miles a day or running 3 miles a day, except wednesdays when i train on the track.... either by going for a better time. or a 200m sprint then 200m walk/rest 4-6 times (interval training) does anyone have any tips? :)

You should be going to the track 3 days, not just 1 day. You must do more than just run 200, walk 2...
