Physics/Biblical Studies Double major?

Is it a good idea to double major in these courses today? I mean, considering that China is actually being more and more emergent in the "success scale" this doesn't seem to sound so bad right? But what i want to know is will the double major...

Suppose a CS student has a double major in physics (as IITK and IITkgp offers double majors) and want to study physics for higher studies, can he do it? can he apply for grad schools in Europe or US for higher physics education?
