Physics/Biblical Studies Double major?

Is having a double major in Paralegal studies and English do-able? and is it practical?

• I am a sophomore at Montgomery College and plan to transfer to UMCP this fall. I am currently studying for an English Major but I think it would be good to also major in Paralegal studies or minor in it if possible. I want to know if having a double major for English and paralegal is do-able because I don't want to overwhelm myself the last two years of university. My career goal is to become a family lawyer. But inbetween Law school and earning my bachelors degree as I am studying for the LSATS i would like to work somewhere and I think working as a paralegal could be very good for me in the long run. Opinions and Ideas Pleaseeee! =) thank you!

  I agree that there is a glut of lawyers on the market - so it's tough getting a job if you're hunting for one, and it's tough getting billable hours if you don't already have clientele. Becoming a paralegal may be a good stopping off point, at least until the job outlook for attorneys becomes a little brighter.
