How should I lift weights to get better at arm wrestling?

Im in this competition with my friends on who the best arm wrestler is. I go to the gym alot but I dont know what sort of exercises I should do and what muscles are best to work to have a better chance at arm wrestling. Also, what advice could you give me in terms of arm wrestling, like what position I should be in or something like that. Thanks!
