I lift weights and usually after I lift I have a bad pain in my right bicep and my fingers get stiff and it hurts to move my arm..

it doesn't last forever but it does hurt bad and I have limitations with my hand because of how stiff my fingers get..any ideas on why this happens?

Answer:
Definitely follow the advice already given, and try ice on your shoulder after lifting. The problem could stem from swelling above the bicep putting pressure on a nerve. I'd also suggest taking a break for a few days to see if it goes away. If you're stretching and lifting properly and this continues to happen, I'd suggest seeing a doctor. Good luck.

Calcium and magnesium deficiencies are very common in young Americans. Take pills like everybody else does. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to take care of your body.
