How should I lift weights to get better at arm Wrestling?

How can a person get physically strong?

  • Well.. I want to be stronger, I've been in the gym for about 2 years now, I'm happy with my body, but I used to think by working out etc.. I'd get strong but lol ;p I may be able to lift weights, but in hand to hand combat or even arm wrestling I'm weak :p I wanted to be sure if its just me and my body or is it common between body builders :p ,, sooo I wrestled a few of my friends who have been in the gym for 3-4 and 5 years.. They may have huge arms etc.. But they lack strength as in the punches aren't that strong and its hard for them and me to put each other on the ground.. So my question is, is there some kind of sport or an excercise routine that would make me stronger? I can't join boxing or mma or karate and all those types of excercises due to medical reasons :p Thank you :D

    Tere are a lot of core exercises dvd aroynd the seb. Try doing those and start lifting weights, start of at 4lbs and increase gradually
