My arms are really skinny and they dont change when im lift weights any1 no a good routine for my lower arm?

im 22 years old im 5ft9 and weight 9 n half stone iv lift weights on and off for a few years but i always give up after about 6 months because my arms just dont benifit and that is what i lift weights for to have big arms i want to no why especially my lower arm (forearm wrist) never get bigger what am i doing wrong and what can i do to get bigger arms any imformation will be good

I do a weilght training three days a week. Two exercises I do, work on the upper/bottom arm muscle. I do upper curls. Hold your weights over your head, Bend your arms at the elbow - as to touch the back shoulder muscles with the weights, then raise them back up above your head. Then I do back curls. Bend over at a 70 degree bend and hang your arms down. You could sense the correct bend when you believe you look like an ape with your arms hanging down. Then with your arms kept straight, move them backwards - until they are level with your shoulders (you should be looking like a down hill skier who just power stroked down a hill) then lower your ams to the hanging position again. I do thirty reps of all my exercises. I started doing five reps and have built myself up to thrity. Ten to Fifteen lbs should be good for these exercises, as you do not want to put too much strain on your upper arm/shoulder muscles.

I had the same problem when I was young I was 10 stone 8lbs 40 years and only put weight on when I retired and gave up smoking, although I was not muscular I could lift weights without any effort. Be thankful that you are lean,you will live longer. I am 82
well if youre really skinny... EAT. Chicket, fish, anything with high protein all the time. And have a protein shake after each workout.
