How should I lift weights to get better at arm Wrestling?

I work out pretty often but I can never do my biceps because my arm will make a clicking sound when I bend it to lift the weights?

    Around the lower part? Do preacher curls. Really light weight, and stretch it all the way down. This will fill the lower part with blood and strengthen it. You'll soon be able to do any bicep movement without pain. Get yourself X-rayed in case though.
