well I'm trying out for cheer, and in order to get in I have to do a backhand spring. I di dyears of gymnastics and I've done cheer before. I'm very flexible and I can do flips just not that.. So does anyone hav eany tricks on how to teach me.

What's the best way to learn how to do those stunts? The aerial, backwalk over, and backhand spring if you aren't a gymnast and never will be or don't have access to a gym?
