im writing down a work out plan i can do for the summer and my stomach has gotten too big. i was thinking i can do crunches again but i absolutely hate them. theyre painful and make me extremely emotional that i often cry while doing them. i used to do 10 minutes of crunches straight in the morning and in the evening but i really dont want to go back to that. is there anything i can do to work out my abs? something with results but no emotional scars?
