I get very tired exercising....HELP!!?

Ok im 15. 177lbs...5'0...im tryin to lose 30 pounds ....i eat rite ...i eat a 1200 calorie everyday...but the only hard part is exercising...my plan was to jump rope 30mins a day since it burns lots of calories...but i get tired in the first 15-30 seconds & give up...i hate bein this way help...aw yea i jump really fast..jumping slow just makes me more tired..my goal is to lose 2-3lbs per week! HELP!!

Honestly, you have to do something other than jump rope. Yes, it does burn calories, but you need to build strength to be able to push yourself farther each time. I don't care how much you hate it, there is nothing that can replace running at high intensity. Just go outside and do something active. Play ultimate frisbee, join a wrestling team (lose weight REALLY fast like that), run in a circle. As long as your keeping your pace up, and you aren't giving up until you have nothing left, you WILL see results.
