Does exercising help you lose inches?

  • I know eating less will help you lose weight and inches, but will exercising help lose inches faster because of gaining muscle?

    Firstly, ushouldnt just "eat less". You should actually eat more but much smaller portions. This revs up your metabolism. Secondly exercise always helps and the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Your body needs to burns calories to keep any muscle you already have. Hope this helps!
