How to clean the tile and grout?

I had some tile laid in my bathroom. The tile guy got a little messy with the grout and some of it got on the slate tile. How do I clean this off? It has not been sealed yet. Note: I can't call the guy back up to clean it himself. Long story.

My tile is white as is the grout...the grout is yellowed from cigarette smoke...we have just remodeled our whole inside of our house and have stopped smoking inside...but now I need to know how to get my grout back to white.

My tile grout is a concrete grout which is in need of a major clean. I clean it now with a regular mop and bucket but is there anything out there that will bring the actual concrete ...show more

I have tile in front of my fireplace and I can't seem to get the tile or the grout clean. Any suggestions? I've already tried baking soda.....

Hi after grouting wall tiles using white grout, i used clean 'n'easy tr50 trade strength brick, tile & paver cleaner to clean the tiles, and after 24 hours ive come back to the job and the grout had turned yellow. how do i get it back to white? thanks...
