How large are the typical gallstones?

My mom and many people I know have had gallstones and had their gall bladder removed I was wondering what i can eat to prevent gallstones? like what healthy fruits and vegetables

I was just diagnosed with gallstones in my gallblatter I really dont want to have surgery and have been told that there are other ways to get rid of the stones so if anyone knows how im open for suggestions
