How do u clean the inside of your laptop?

so i want to clean the insides of my laptop cause its making loud fan noises etc, i never used a air duster/compressed air can thingy. do i just simply take the air duster, take the straw thingy it has and put it inside my laptop fan and spray? won't...

any tips on how to check if the core temp is high (wht is BIOS?) plus any tips on how to clean the dust and dirt inside the laptop would be appreciated. would it b a total disaster if i tried to do it myself?

my computer use to be very quiet and now it is very loud. I was told I just need to clean the inside. How do I do that with out messing some thing up?
