How to clean laptop with microfiber cloth?

so.. i got a laptop a few months ago .. hp G-6-2-225NR Notebook which i really like. My Friend had just gotten a macbook pro. So... I had also just gotten a 42" Lg hdtv which came with this little green cloth that was used to clean the tv obiouusly. My friends Macbook Pro had come with the same one just in blue, but his came with his laptop not his tv. So.. My question is how do i use this microfiber cloth thingy to clean my laptop? is there a special solution i should use? WIndex, Cleanex, Fantastic. I just wanted to ask someone before i went and used cleanex on my screen and got my new laptop all messed up. if you have any questions about the cloth please ask.
