How do u clean the inside of your laptop?

How does a person use a air duster to clean the inside of their laptop?

so i want to clean the insides of my laptop cause its making loud fan noises etc, i never used a air duster/compressed air can thingy. do i just simply take the air duster, take the straw thingy it has and put it inside my laptop fan and spray? won't that mess up my laptop? cause it blows dust everywhere and the dust doesn't eve leave the laptop so its almost the same n like useless? please i really need help idk how to use a air duster.. do i just put the thingy inside the laptop fan and spray??

hold the can at a little bit of a distant, and blow any dust towards the outside of the laptop taking care not to poke the straw into anything important... thats the job they are made for and no the air wont damage anything whatsoever i do this on a daily basis.
