MacBook keeps dropping wireless connection. Help.?

Im running SNow Leopard 10.6.1. While I'm surfin' the web, My Macbook keeps dropping connection so I click the AirPort icon at the top of the screen and it says Looking For Networks. If I turn it off and back on the problem is solved for like the next 3 minutes then it happens again. It's making me really mad. Someone please help. -Dane.
