i've been having an unusual problem with utorrent whenever i surf i shut it down because it makes surfing real slow. when i turn it back on the old torrents don't download (ex: downloading A,B,C and the three download fine, then i turn it off. turns back on when i add torrent to D. out of the four only the newest downloads (just D) even when seeds and peers are detected properly) and when i leave it on, my computer slows down. REALLY slows down, to the point that the mouse pointer lags badly too...

I'll have to look deeper for insight, but I suggest you to lay off other download or internet processes...
