What are peers, seeds, and trackers in uTorrent?

A tracker allows a download to start and to connect with other people. (It tracks). Seeders have the file downloaded at %100 complete and are uploading it. Peers have the file downloaded, but it's not finished, they can still upload what they got to others.

Peers are people who are downloading the same file as you, they may be uploading part of the file that they have already downloaded. Seeders are people who have completed the download and are uploading the file, the higher this number the quicker your download will be. Trackers are server that track the torrent files and connect you to seeders and/or beneficial peers.
