Is there any way to uninstall Explorer 7?

I keep getting an error report everytime I am sending mail. I can't keep one window open at a time without this happening. When I upgraded to Explorer 7 is when this trouble all began. Can I safetly remove it? How do I do this? Will this cause any troubles...
