Is kissing someone against their will illegal?

I know having sexual activity is without telling someone you have hiv is illegal, but what about kissing someone? If i meet someone at a party or club, can we make out or do I have to tell them I have HIV befoe? is kissing someone w/o telling your status...

So my boyfriend has a cold sore. I understand that this Herpes virus is something you can get and you have for the rest of your life, it is incurable. My question is, even if I already have this virus, will kissing him cause a physical sore on me again...

I'm confused as to why it is illegal to have sex in public when it is only a natural human activity? If it is ok to kiss in public, why should sex not be allowed? Someone please ...show more
