Can i apply for OCI or PIO ? Hi i am an american citizen by naturalisation . I have come to know that if have to surrender my Indian passport immediately , but i want to retain so form of Indian citizenship with me . I was born in India and my family is of Indian origin , did my schooling in India and did my masters in the US and got my citizenship a few days ago . Am i eligible for a PIO or a OCI ?
