I have Indian passport with ILR and husband is having a British passport born in sri lanka. is my daughter eligible to apply for OCI or PIO card? can anyone help me pls........

Hi, Since your husband is a British Citizen, I assume your child is also holding a British passport as a default? Your daughter is eligible for OCI/PIO card from Indian embassy based on your documents, such as your passport and visa details. In Sep 2011, my friend and his son got their OCI card....
