B.Tech Mechanical + M.Tech Aerospace AND B.Tech Aerospace (at IIST) + MTech Aerospace: Both of these will finally lead to someone getting involved mostly in the Aviation field, but how do these compare in terms of Course Covered, Experience, Job prospects (limited to aviation), etc?

Mech Btech will be at NITW or NITK or NITT along with internships in aviation field. Mtech aerospace might be in some IIT or american univ. The IIT tags are because they have aerospace branch in Btech so maybe someone can feed something to my query.
