What to charge for private home care?

My home is adapted for children to develop by practicing a variety of activities to match Pre-K education. I'll be providing breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Also, kids will have trips to the park, and playground.

My husband and I are planning to purchase a lovely ranch style home in Savannah, GA in order to provide a home to 2-3 independent seniors who would otherwise be living in isolation. We will provide light housekeeping, laundry, three meals a day, activities...

I am wondering if daycares that normally take care of school aged children charge more for spring break, pro-d days or for summer care when the kid is there all day?

It will be two children one 5 and 1 year old. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep them at home or at her house. What should I charge? I did graduate with my Associate Degree for Pre Kindergarten.
