My boyfriend is 19 years old, and can't recall ever having a good dreams. Every night, he has horrible dreams. He has a psychologist, but he doesn't seem to be getting very much help. So, does anyone know of anything that could help his situation?

Yea well... I used to remember almost every one of them, but recently I know I've been dreaming, I know what it's about, but I just can't remember it when I think about it. Thing is, I'm curious, rather then real life dreams are more interesting XD....
