What the best way to controll my dreams?

Is there a way to remember your dreams?

  • Yea well... I used to remember almost every one of them, but recently I know I've been dreaming, I know what it's about, but I just can't remember it when I think about it. Thing is, I'm curious, rather then real life dreams are more interesting XD. Tried to do a quick search on google, but that pile of information wasn't much help. I do know I dream, and pretty long periods prob, daily basis. As far as I can tell it lasts til I woke up unwillingly to leave a dream... resulting another 10 min to 2 hour in bed trying to continue the story... A part of entertainment in my life. I'm not sleep deprived, or at least I don't think so. When allowed to I'll sleep half a day straight... Things like reading what you wrote about your dreams before sleeping, well, I kinda just organize and remember my dreams as part of daydreaming. Basically, I'm bored enough to make a story out of plain daydreaming. And that just auto activates whenever my hands got nothing to do, including before sleep. So yea, if there's a way, I'd love to try. If not... it's up to luck then. But really = = it's like depriving a part of life's entertainment out.
