Teachers, do you feel that this Act has hindered your own philosophy of education?

I see many posts on Y!A claiming that NCLB has had a positive impact on gifted/high performing students. However, I believe that it has NOT. What do you think? I would really appreciate your input!

Is NCLB program making sure that these kids who have LD are not just being passed on without mastering thier skills,etc.
