My toe is repeatedly spasming?

I haven't had much sleep (probably about 6hrs in the last week or so) and I'm a teenager, so I don't know if that could cause it? It's my right foot and it feels like something in the arch of my foot starts it, and jerks a wire or something that's connected to my big toe. It's extremely annoying, and happens frequently (sometimes multiple times a minute) but not at a consistent basis.What could be causing this?
