I need a good toe touch before school starts (in 3 weeks) for cheer. I'm not that flexible. Ive been doing cheer since I was 6 and I'm 13 I stopped doing cheer for a year and stopped stretching (because I'm stupid) and now I'm back in cheer and I can't do my toe touches, their horrible! So I was wondering if you could give me tips and stretches for a good toe touch in a matter of 3 weeks. thanks! (:
