Tips on cheer toe touch fast!?

cheer clinic starts tomorow and I have an ok toe touch but would like to improve... any tips?

you can practice getting your legs elevated higher by placing your hands on the back of a chair or on your bed and just work on really getting your legs up there. just continually work on the leg part of a jump and do it over and over again and i promise you will see results fast! & also STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH!

stretch your legs out really good an make sure you point them an just get a really good jump an throw your legs up
