    Try jumping with ankle weights on. They sell them at sporting goods stores. Also try hipcircles. Keep one foot on the ground while standing and the other leg goes up in front of you, and kick it in a circlular motion to increase hip flexor flexibility. Most of all though, just repitition. Try doing your jump over and over again. That is the best way to improve any jump. Hope this helped :)

I have to disagree. Don't use ankle weights. You can seriously hurt yourself if you land weird. If you do, be very careful! One tip I saw is using a light band around your ankles to add resistance. Make sure you are landing on your toes and exploding up, swinging with your arms for your second/third jump. Good luck!
