Transfer paper for the black hoodie?

I have a picture of a band that I would like to put on the back of a hoodie (It's pretty detailed as it has the five members of the band with their hands, faces, hair etc.) However, it's really complicated and confusing to stencil out on freezer paper...

I've seen paper that you can put in a printer; but i want to traditional-style draw (perhaps with markers, etc.) ON the paper. Is there any way I can make this work? Also; i want to put it on a black hoodie; do i need to get special paper for dark fabric...
