I have a 32" Sylvania TV that has a great deal of static on only one channel. The sound on all the other channels is fine. I can hear the sound on Channel 47 but there is a great deal of static. When I use the VCR and turn on Channel 47 it comes in clear, no static, but when I use only the TV then channel 47 comes in with static.
