Overheating 1996 Honda Accord?

I just had the timing belt, waterpump, thermostat, fan switch and censor, and a new radiator put in.. It overheats when the car is in park or idoling at a stop light, but goes back down to normal after i start driving again... What is the problem ? Someone...
