My friend was at work and supposedly the fan on her mac was running the whole time she was at work and when she got home, she shut off the computer. Then when she restarted it, MAC displayed a message saying she had to hold the power button for a few seconds, then restart it. But it doesnt do anything for the computer. Does anyone know what's wrong with the computer?! Please help!
