i checked my blood pressure/pulse rate today on one of those little wrist machines. my blood pressure wasn't too bad (about 115/78 roughly everytime) but my pulse rate was really high. the worst that i've seen in the last few hours is 116 and the lowest that i've seen has been 105. i know that is high but i'm not sure what that means. i am 27, i am 5'3", and i weigh around 160lbs. i know that i could stand to loose a few pounds but i'm not sure that has much to do with the high pulse rate....
