Is having a higher pulse rate healthier?

Fluctuating Blood pressure & Low Pulse Rate,Anyone know of this?

  • I am a 27 year old guy and i have been checking my blood pressure for the past few days.My blood pressure is around 140 and my heart rate is about 85,but my Pulse rate was 60 yesterday and today again when i checked,the readings were weird.My blood pressure was 136 over 85,pulse rate 60,then after 10 minutes it was 119 over 72,pulse rate 58,and then it was again 136 over 84,pulse rate 58,these three readings are in a span of 20 minutes,i cannot understand the fluctuation and also the reason why the pulse rate is so Low,Is it normal ? am i just taking tension ? Please advice.

    well first of all my i say iam twelve but please hear me out i have been studying advanced cardio vascular life support for over three years any way i will look at my medical books and get back to you but i was wondering do you feel any phisically off in any way ie light headed etc and mostly importantly do you have a history of hiper or hipo tension which is high or low blood pressure
