Is DSL fast enough for Netflix?

In REALITY, will it be good enough--not just Netflix or Hulu website . That is the highest speed they offer here (in my hood) if I want to switch from NBC cable.

Is AT&T dsl internet, 3mbps with 512k bandwidth, enough to play video games (xboxlive, ps3) and stream Netflix at the same time without any lag?
