How to learn parkour?

Ok obvious question, how to learn parkour/freerunning. I'm not some kid who is like "ooooo that's cool, I wanna do that!' I am a 16 year old who, for 6 years of my life, competed in men's gymnastics and is currently a male cheerleader. So my question...

I am trying to learn parkour / free running but i don't know where to start really. I can already lazy vault and speed vault and im trying to learn how to kong vault other than that i have no idea where to begin to learn it. any tips from traceurs?

Im just curious...I know how to do a few flips (front flips, sideflips, frontflip 180's, and alot of vaults and what not)....I want to practice these, and I would like to learn how to do more flips...and alterations.....I dont have enough money to join...
