  • Answer:

Well, you should go to a gym first, not everyone is fit for this "sport" if you can call it that. The first thing I learned how to go is Diveroll. There are plenty of tutorials online. I live in Saskatchewan so parkour is not big here. But I can bet in Ontario you could find a gym that specializes in it! Maybe take a few classes or by a membership? It's a. Dry worthwhile thing to and can boost confidence and let's be honest... It's looks pretty cool. Just practice how you would with anything! You can learn if you want!

Firstly I don't live in Canada so I don't know places to go but I know some stuff. Start by getting fit (if you're not already) going to the gym and stuff. Parkour/Freerunning takes a lot of body control, strength and spacial awareness. I found it really difficult to learn, but once you have the basics like front and back flips, valt, landing properly etc. I just went to gymnastic centres and practiced. You can go to a gymnastics centre and ask people there to help you learn the basics and once you have that down, you can really practice on your own :) (that's what I did) I learned it with some friends but you can still go on your own :) Hoped this helped
