  i live in a rather small town too. i just reccomend going along with it somewhat slowley. starting off with rolls is generally a good thing to know, if you will be jumping from heights 8 feet and higher. if you are jumping/dropping from heights lower than that, practice howw you land. this also incorporates in how you jump from one spot to another. you can look up rolls and jumping at youtube.com. just type in "parkour rolling" or "parkour rolling" in the search bar. you should get some decent results that way. also, you will want to learn all the types of vaults, such as the monkey, kong, side, and dash vaults. the types of vaults get more complicated as you go on, so all you can do is practice. if you lack an area in general for doing parkour, then you can just find a bench or rail where you can practice, until you find a way to get better, more suited areas. i myself, don't have a trainer, and i'm decent at parkour. i hope i was able to answer your question!
