How many tattoos are ok in the military?

I have 3 tattoos. I put a&d on it a couple times a day after I wash them and when they feel dry. I scrached one 2 times while I was half aslep. I have 2 on my back should I try and not lay on my back? Am I supose to put thick layers of stuf on it...
