Does acne medicine promote wrinkles?

I know I had a bad reaction to some acne meds I picked up in the store. I've tried everything but my face still isn't back to normal. My cheeks are so dry. I've tried all kinda of moisturizers. Pure aloe from my plant, aveno sensitive skin, shea butter...

I really would like a nice foundation that makes my skin look really nice. I dont have any acne or wrinkles just some redness on my cheeks and chin but would really like to cover it up. Please help! And also, please no companies trying to promote.
