Accutane only acne medicine that works in the world?

I experience bad acne for few years,after i take this medicine all of my acne disappear for ever.I wonder if there are any other medicine as good as accutane in the world. I understand there are other medicine for different diseases,I never come cross acne medicine as good as accutane.

I'm taking spironolactone, been on it for a month and I've gotten a little worse but my doc says it takes a min to work... So I'm giving it a chance... Menacycline worked last time I had bad acne... It gave me gives though...
