Does acne medicine promote wrinkles?

Bad reaction to some acne medicine, now days later skin is still really tight, red, and almost looks wrinkled?

• I know I had a bad reaction to some acne meds I picked up in the store. I've tried everything but my face still isn't back to normal. My cheeks are so dry. I've tried all kinda of moisturizers. Pure aloe from my plant, aveno sensitive skin, shea butter, lotions, some aloe gel from the store. My cheeks look wrinkled, almost like I've aged A LOT over the past 3-4 days. What should I do? Will this go away, is it just from the tight skin? Or are these new wrinkles permanent? I'm only 21 and I know this is without a doubt new. Please some advice.
