Coconut milk allergy?

I am allergic to coconut meat. I was just reading that coconut oil does not have the same proteins in it and is safe. I was wondering if the same was true for coconut milk? I can't find any information on the innertubes.

when an allergy test is done, immediate and delayed, and a result is a yogurt allergy does this mean yogurt made from cow milk or all yogurt including coconut and soy? I would guess it would depend if they are testing the culture or the milk type?
