Coconut milk allergy?

Is coconut milk ok for a 9 month old if its cooked in food?

  • I just started boiling some rice in coconut milk and was planning on adding some fresh mango to make a healthy breakfast for my 9 month old. However, I just had a thought that it in is a form of nut, so now I am not so sure. Is is ok to give babies coconut milk in this form? The rice is being boiled in the coconut, and then being mixed with mango. I will through it out though if it is an allergy risk.

    I think coconut milk is okay for a nine month coz it is rich in vitamin..
