Chorus NTL or Sky Digital?

When we lived in Cork we were with Chorus NTL but since moving to da sticks we're now with Sky. Thing is Sky costs us €26 a month but we could get Chorus NTL at €21 per month. But with Chorus NTL our tv service would be via something called...

Can anybody tell me which is best? Chorus NTL or Sky for the Dublin, Ireland area - Can I keep the NTL Broadband which is good and also leave them and go to SKY for television? Ta! LOL
